this was really helpful, thanks for writing it up! our church is great about colnectilg meals and we try to do a two for one – make a double batch of the meal, one to eat tonight, one to freeze for later. a lot of times the meals come regularly for several weeks, but the need last for a while longer. the freezer meals help bridge that gap while new moms, etc. get back into the swing of real life.
