Mr. David, who is the prime minister of the U.K, commenced to focus on India as a crucial business partner.
It seems because India shows a remarkable growth and attracts developed countries to pioneer new consumer markets and starts subcontracting and hire Indian people.
He appeared to warmly welcome Indian business man and students.
Personally, I envy Indian students because I have a plan to go to the U.K. for studying.
It is very difficult for Japanese to obtain visa to work long in the U.K.
Regardless, Indian people are known as very diligent and smart due to the high levelled education of mathematics and IT businessc.
More Japanese have to stand up to cheer up their selves and attract the world in terms of quality of human resource.

The main theme of this speech is "How to collect good information from surging information"
As you know, the invention of the Internet brought us a great convenience.
At the same time, ironically, we are requiring to gain a skill to deal with the huge amount of information, which can be inconveniet for us .
Let me compare the two major media. The Internet vs. Television
Which is more reliable?
Many students in my class wrote TV is more trustworthy to collect information in an essay for homework. And so did I.
In a case that a movie or a photo was shown in TV and the Internet article, we may think TV is more worth trusting.
However, how about the case of opinions of commentaters? On TV, we can judge the opinion only from the information broadcasted on the TV program.
It might be quite little information to affirm or criticize the opinions.
Therefore, the reliability is divided into 2 aspect:materials and opinions.
As for information materials, such as photos or movies, it is more reliable to watch programs on TV because many people of a broadcasting company judge whether it is suitable information to show or not compared to authors of Internet articles.
When it comes to opinions, stuffs from the Internet is more useful because you can compare lots of opinions from many articles in the Internet and there are many personal opinions which tells author's honest opinions.
When we check the fact, we should look for information from official media such as TV, Radio, and newspapers. On the other hand, it is more effectld live to look around opinions on the Internet to build up your own opinions.
