MITライセンス

ライセンス形態は、『MITライセンス』を準拠とします。

MITライセンスの制限の範囲内であれば、無償でご自由にお使いいただけます。
MITライセンスの制約を超えて利用される場合、有償ライセンスも準備しております。

1.AD-EDITの著作権は、Team AD-EDIT ならびに、(有)のれんずプロに帰属します。

2.『Powered by AD-EDIT2 / NorenzPRO』または『AD-EDIT』として表示される著作権表示を、
ソフトウェアのすべての複製またはウェブページの重要な部分に記載するものとします。

3.前項を承諾して利用するにあたり、無償にて本ソフトウェアの利用、改造、改良ならびに、
改造の有無を問わず再配布を認めます。

4.本ソフトウェアを利用し、派生する如何なるトラブルおよび賠償責任問題等については、
著作者は一切の責任義務を免責とさせていただきます。

5.著作権表示を削除する場合し、MITライセンスの制約から逸脱して利用する場合、
自動的に有償ライセンスとなり、ライセンス料金の支払義務が発生する場合があります。


初版リリースよりGPL系オープンソースライセンスとして検討してきましたが、パテントの問題や、
コピーレフトの徹底化など特例が認められず、将来的に使いづらいライセンスになりうると判断いたしました。
よって、MITライセンスとしてリリースすることになりました。
ライセンスのあり方について、これまでご指南くださった協力者の方々に深く感謝いたします。
